Hi, I’m Kristin! It’s been a wild ride these past two decades, and I am here for it. I started my career initially as a manager at The Limited. Did I just date myself, whoops! I have over a decade of experience in customer service and worked for Macy’s as an Area Manager, Clinique Cosmetics Coordinator for nine stores, and manager at Old Navy. Through all these years of retail, I gained communication skills with customers and the teams I lead. 

 

After having my first son, I wanted to stay at home. I started a business creating custom clothing and personalized gifts, and it grew to an online e-commerce store that I had for many years. During this time, I fell in love with graphic design. I wanted a career change, and now that my boys were in school, I was ready for the next chapter into web and digital product design.
